Vegan BLT

I would normally never order a BLT because I feel like that's just toppings, not an actual sandwich. I ordered the BBQ Chicken sandwich and got this instead. However, this one did not disappoint! It is actually a good portion size, and the avocado gives it the fullness that many BLTs lack.

Not easily impressed but THAT was a GREAT sandwich!

Today I stopped in because I was feeling hungry after a long morning and needed some fuel. I ordered the vegan BLT for lunch and OH my goodness!!!! The sandwich was the perfect level of toastiness and the flavors really jump out in every bite. The cayenne and paprika paired with the creamy avocado paste complimented each other perfectly and choice of arugula added even more to the flavor profile. I was so satisfied and left feeling full for the next couple of hours, I will only go to Salubrious from now on to order myself a vegan panini.
